Like most heroes and saviors Quest Craft started from humble beginnings, with a dream. A dream to build a place where other heroes can craft their own quests and sing their own song. A place where the party can come together, and be merry (or Pippin) around the table. A place where stories are made, remembered, and shared.
The Story of Games
Some people get goosebumps when the hear a great song, or see beautiful art, or hear a fantastic story. There is a moment in some stories where something gets revealed, or even a simple moment that was not a surprise but it creates a certain magic that is undeniably beautiful. The best stories are the ones you create with friends. Games and crafts make those kinds of stories. You can tell a story from within the game, like a D&D campaign or a board game, but you are also crafting a story about the time you spend; about you and your friends. When you play a game you are building layers of story all at once. This is the magic of games.
Play is something so primal that it is one of the first things we learn to do, and we develop and grow through it. Many people leave play behind as they age, but that's not the natural way of things.
